"A Choral Christmas" presents an exquisite lineup of performances, including excerpts from Handel's "Messiah," traditional carols, and selections from the Great American Songbook. This event is a perfect opportunity for family and friends to come together and sing along with beloved Christmas carols.
The evening begins with performances from the acclaimed Chamber Singers, Osprey Treble, and Coro Profundo. These ensembles will enchant you with their unique arrangements of choral classics. Accompanied by skilled instrumentalists, soloists will perform timeless standards such as "Jingle Bells," "Santa Baby," and "Winter Wonderland." The grand finale, featuring the iconic "Hallelujah Chorus," invites audience participation for a truly immersive and joyous experience.
Presented by the Friends of Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, this event not only celebrates the holiday spirit but also continues the long-standing partnership with the Choral Program of the University of North Florida. Refreshments will be available for purchase during the event, with no outside food or drinks permitted.
