This unit is great, nicely renovated, stocked with everything you need, including for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler bags, and beach wagon). The location is also ideal for St. Augustine beach, walkable to several public beach entrances, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and donuts. The unit also comes with a parking spot and two extra parking passes, which was particularly useful for us, as my daughter who lives in St. Augustine, stayed with us and was able to park at the unit. Everything was GREAT! We'll definitely be back and would stay in this unit again.

The Property Manager was very friendly and extremely accommodating! The units we stayed in were all in great condition and perfect for our family gathering. The complex is well laid out and very well kept. Everyone in my family said they would definitely stay here in the future. The property is across the street from the pier and within walking distance to many restaurants. We have rented in the St. Augustine/Crescent Beach Area for over 30 years and consider this our new place to stay!
We absolutely loved our stay! Definitely recommend and we felt right at home and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Thank you for letting us book last minute!
