Sea Winds 63 includes all the amenities of home, such as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. A one-car garage is available for your smaller family vehicle, adding to the ease of your stay.

Non-smoking unit. Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Loved the condo. Unfortunately weather was very cold this year. That’s the chance you take in northern Florida in January. 5 stars in cleanliness, 5 stars in accuracy, 5 stars in communication, 5 stars in location, 5 stars in value!

We liked the condo and location. Easy access to beach and all local food and Publix. My only issue with this was the listing had 3pm check in and it is actually 4pm. Talked with management and they were going to fix this.

We enjoyed our stay at Seawinds 63. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything was great!
This unit has everything you need and is in a great location. At the time of our stay it was very quiet and peaceful and we love the fact that you can be on the beach after a short 5 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and responsive. We would love to stay again sometime.
